Follesby Cabin location

Follensby Pond, Follensby Clear Pond, and Follensby Junior Pond. -

looks like Headley was in the Adirondaks during the summer 1847, so if he came across Follensby's cabin it would have been that summer.

-
Letters from the Backwoods and the Adirondac - book published in 1950 by Headley on his account of his encounters and travels through the Adirondac country side. it makes sense that this could be an account of his trip in 1947 through the Adirondacks, he has a guide an Indian named Mitchell

when I searched for cabin on page 57 they talk about staying in a cabin although he refers to it as the log hut of Mitchell... but they would be in the general area where the Follensby body of waters are.
