An arch bridge built by Fred Sebolt in 1889 is still intact. - Fred began to get rocks for the Wagon Bridge at Liberty Falls, in the last week in August, began the bridge in September 1881. (poster thinks that it was the arch bridge of stone next to Manion's store).
-
June 27, 1892 Heavy rain took out many bridges, some damage to mill & dam, washed roads. The Arch bridge at Liberty Falls was undermined at the lower end and Girds Tannery went off also.
